Jen undertook a very difficult assignment with my Dad's house.  My Dad's health necessitated a sudden move across the country.  The house was in a state of disrepair and I had 5 days to clean the house and get it ready for sale.   Jen was a lifesaver finding me the resources to address all the issues and providing her knowledge as to where we should spend to get the most "bang for the buck."  After I returned to California, Jen provided the follow up that was essential to completion.
